As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to help with exchanges (same item or alternative) at Mistral retail stores until 20th December 2024.

Exchange Policy:

• Full-price items and promotional purchases: Refunds or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
• Sale items: Exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Refunds aren’t available for sale items.
• No store credit is being issued at this time.
• Exchanges can be offered in Mistral retail stores until 20th December 2024.

Store Credit and Gift Cards:

• Mistral stores no longer offer store credit or gift cards.
• Store credit issued before administration can still be used as a goodwill gesture but cannot be refunded. This offer is valid until 20th December 2024.
